These terms cover the hitlink short-link service. The seller is an individual in Sweden. Paddle is the merchant of record for paid subscriptions. Paddle sells the subscription to the customer, collects the payment, and handles invoices, VAT, and sales tax. The seller receives payouts from Paddle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
hitlink creates short links and shows estimated click counts and destination checks. The service is in private beta. Features can change, and custom-domain serving and the API are not switched on yet.
Free is $0 and includes 50 new links a month on htlk.link. Starter is $7 a month or $77 a year (one month free) and includes 500 new links a month. Pro is $15 a month or $150 a year (two months free) and includes 5,000 new links a month. The pricing page lists the rest of the limits. A paid plan starts only after a verified Paddle notification, not when the checkout window closes.
Do not use hitlink for phishing, malware, scams, spam, or any unlawful destination. hitlink may disable a link or an account that is used that way. Short domains set no cookies.
You must give a working email address and keep the password private. Signup may be limited to an invite or a waitlist. The seller can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
You can manage or cancel a subscription from the customer portal linked in the signed-in app. Cancellation takes effect as described in the refund policy. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the payment.
Click counts are estimates. Safety checks can miss a harmful URL or flag a harmless one. The service is provided as available during the beta. The owner must confirm the liability wording with counsel before publication.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Sweden. The owner must confirm that choice, and the venue, before publication.
