The seller is an individual in Sweden. Paddle is the merchant of record for Starter and Pro. Paddle charges the card, issues the invoice, and processes the refund. hitlink does not store card numbers.
A signed-in subscriber can open the customer portal from the billing page and manage or cancel the subscription. Cancellation at the end of the period already paid for leaves the plan in place until that period ends. When Paddle notifies hitlink that the subscription is canceled, the account returns to the free plan.
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of the charge. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
Ask through the Paddle customer portal, or write to the support email in Contact and the request will be passed to Paddle. Paddle decides and pays the refund because Paddle is the merchant of record.
Consumers in the EU may have a 14-day withdrawal right. A digital subscription can start immediately, which can affect that right. The owner must confirm this paragraph with counsel before publication.
Starter is $7 a month or $77 a year (one month free). Pro is $15 a month or $150 a year (two months free). Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax Paddle adds at checkout.
