HitLink Terms/User Agreement:

- Only one account allowed per user.

- Pages must contain atleast 50% English content.

- No popups of any kind. (this includes framebreakers, prompt boxes, layer ads, or anything that will disturb a smooth surf rotation)

- Pages with excessive network ads and too little content, will be rejected. We encourage all members to submit pages with quality content.

- No adult or strongly offensive content allowed.

- Any page reported multiple times will be removed.

- HitLink monitors member activity. The sites database is reviewed on a continual basis. Anyone absuing the system will have their account deleted.

- We respect your privacy and will never sell your email address or send out random advertisements. Member emails will never exceed 2 per week, and you have the option to opt-out (by deleting your account) in your HitLink members area.

Cash Commissions:

- If a user is abusing/cheating the system, We reserve the right to delete the account and deny cashout requests.

*HitLink is PayPal COmpliant* - HitLink is *NOT* a "paid to surf" site. ALso, HitLink is *NOT* a High Yield Investment Program

- We're not a multi-level marketing site. Cash commission is only earned through 1st level downlines.
